Late March in the Texas Hill Country carries a subtle shift and is rarely steady.
Cool mornings give way to sudden warmth. Wind moves through. Humidity rises. The body often feels this before the mind does — heaviness in the morning, congestion in the chest, slower digestion, or a quiet restlessness as heat begins to rise.
This seasonal bridge is not dramatic, yet it is significant.
Threshold of Renewal was created specifically for this moment.
Over three days, we will gently acknowledge what lingers, create circulation without force, and establish a clear, sustainable rhythm for the months ahead.
This is not a detox. It is a recalibration.
The Arc of the Weekend
This retreat unfolds in three intentional phases — designed to mirror the seasonal shift itself.
Day One — Acknowledging What Lingers
We begin by noticing.
Cool mornings and fluctuating temperatures often leave subtle density in the body — heaviness in the chest, slower digestion, or mental fog. Our first day creates space to acknowledge what remains from winter.
Gentle breath-centered movement, aromatic respiratory support, and thoughtful intention setting invite the body to soften without force.
There is no urgency here. Only awareness.
Day Two — Creating Circulation
As the internal atmosphere begins to shift, we introduce warmth and movement.
Invigorating yoga sequences support circulation and lung expansion. Backbends are balanced to respect early heat in the climate. Digestive fire is gently encouraged. Dry brushing and seasonal rituals provide tangible tools for clearing stagnation.
We move — not to push — but to awaken.
Day Three — Integration & Clarity
By the final morning, something feels lighter.
We integrate through guided iRest, early rising rhythm, and a structured spring dinacharya reset. Each participant receives a personalized seasonal blueprint to carry forward into daily life.
This is where awareness becomes ownership.
What You'll Leave With
By the end of our time together, you will carry forward:
• A climate-specific spring rhythm aligned with your body • Breath practices to support clarity during allergy season • Morning routine adjustments that lighten heaviness • Digestive and circulatory tools for seasonal transition • A steadier, more responsive nervous system • A clear sense of what you are ready to release this spring
This retreat is intentionally designed not as escape — but as recalibration.
